2. Our Services

Canton Building & Construction Ltd provides professional construction and building services including, but not limited to:

• General contracting and project management.
• Structural works and civil engineering.
• Joinery, interior design, and fit-out.
• Landscaping and external works.
• Custom iron works and metalwork fabrication.
• Architectural and construction consultancy.

All construction service engagements are governed by separate written contracts between Canton and the client. These Terms apply primarily to the use of this website and any pre-contractual enquiries.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Kenyan or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, or spam.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation before proceeding to litigation.
